Adult Tennis

We offer group coaching, mix-ins and cardio tennis thoughout the week for players of all abilities. These sessions are a great way to improve, get fitter and meet new people.

"Peak" members can book all sessions for free

"Off Peak" members can book for free Monday to Friday before 4pm and on weekends after 1:30pm

COACH & PLAY MIX-INS
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10am-12pm
Saturdays 1:30pm-3:30pm

These sessions are for Improver standard players and above. They will involve one hour of group coaching followed by an hour of unstaffed fun matchplay. As well as delivering the coaching, our club coach will be responsible for welcoming players and ensuring they as paired up appropriately. The sessions are free to members and available to others at £8 a session.

CARDIO TENNIS
Mondays 7-8pm

This session is open to players of an advanced beginner standard and above. It is a fast paced physical training session that will burn lots of calories. Please consult the coaching team if you are unsure if the session is appropriate for you. The session is free to members and available to others at £8 a session.

BEGINNERS COACHING
Sundays 930am-1030am

This fun session is open to players who are new to the game and are not yet ready to play games. Coaching will focus on getting players game ready as soon as possible. The session is free to members and available to others at £8 a session.

IMPROVERS COACHING
Thursdays 7pm-8pm and Sundays 1030am-1130am

These sessions are open to players who are of an Improver standard. Coaching will focus on tactical and technical improvement. The sessions are free to members and available to others at £8 a session.

CLUB & TEAM COACHING
Wednesdays 7-8pm, Thursdays 8-9pm and Sundays 1130am-1230pm

These sessions are open to players who are of a Club standard and above. Coaching will focus on tactical, technical and physical improvement. The sessions are free to members and available to others at £8 a session.
